Tuesday, February 25

This session will cover training courses, certificates, enabling virtual meetings, and templates. We will also dive into creating training events, inviting staff, and tracking attendance. You will learn how all these steps will connect to the staff's records.

Wednesday, February 26

This session will provide a comprehensive overview of the Staff Directory, from A-Z. We will cover setting up new staff, including automated new hire onboarding (certificates, hiring checklist, health events, required trainings, etc.), and other functionalities.

Thursday, February 27

You will learn how to track professional development through Staff Training and Coaching.

The Workshop will take place at the GoEngage Training Center, located in Reston, Virginia amidst tranquil lakes, winding trails, and cozy cafes.

Participants are housed in Hilton Homewood Suites, just a 10-minute Lyft ride (complimentary) from the Workshop location. All rooms are singles and include a private kitchen. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are available, as are rooms with elevator access.

Catered meals (complimentary) are served during the Workshop. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and non-dairy items will be available upon request.
