Changes are coming to SHORE UP! The Agency will soon be phasing in a new customer service/case management software called Go Engage. Last week, representatives from GoEngage visited SHORE UP for five days of training.
SHORE UP has provided services to households on Delmarva for 58 years, so our records are extensive. This new system will allow us to integrate services more easily and provide comprehensive case management services.
We are excited about all the bells and whistles that this program provides, especially for our Head Start programs. That being said, we realize that with change comes growing pains. We appreciate your patience as we learn the new system.

Our agency is excited to be moving to a new data management system. Collecting information helps us report to our funders, identify needs and gaps in our services and community, and develop innovative ways to continue to make changes in the lives of families.

Guess who stopped by HQ? 🌟 I had the privilege of meeting and speaking with Angela Ma, the COO of GoEngage, earlier this week as she dropped by our HQ to drop off some swag and chat.
We had a meaningful discussion around some hot topics in education - absenteeism, local culture, and early head start. Discussions like this are often had out of either frustration or exasperation - what can be done about them and how do we get ourselves out of the cycle? Angela Ma is intentional about the knowledge that she absorbs so that she can put it to good use in how GoEngage can be a resource in problem-solving!
