Your Annual GoEngage Subscription comes with two (2) designated Support POCs. Only these Support POCs may contact our support team directly to ensure only authorized personnel can change your agency's data structures and align all communication with your agency’s policies and procedures. This also prevents us from giving guidance that conflicts with your state- or funding-specific requirements while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and FERPA.
