Within 2 business days, an Onboarding Concierge will reach out to welcome you and determine the best sequence of the below steps for you!
✔️ Database Creation
Start with a blank database, or import data from your current software:
⏰Timeline: A blank database takes 1-5 business days (average 1 day). If you're importing data, it depends on the package you select (see above instructions).
Your Annual Subscription begins on the day your database is ready for use. At this time, you will receive your invoice.
✔️ Configuration Session
Your Onboarding Concierge will sit down with your managers and customize your database with you.
⏰Timeline: 2-3 hours
✔️ Staff Training
Your staff and/or managers will attend a personalized virtual or on-site training. Scheduling is flexible!
⏰Timeline: 18 hours for Head Start OR 12 hours for CAP
