Step 0: Initiate!
Your Implementation Concierge will reach out to introduce herself, get to know your agency, and pencil in dates for Steps 1-3.
⏰Timeline: 2 business days
Step 1: Data Import (Optional)
Import the current year's demographics for children, families, and staff.
⏰Timeline (Estimated): 1-3 days if you're not importing data. Otherwise, 3-7 days after you send us your backup database.
Step 2: Configuration Session
Your Implementation Concierge will sit down with your content area (departmental) managers to configure your system to match your agency's policies and procedures.
⏰Timeline: 2-3 hours
Step 3: Orientation Training
Your Implementation Concierge will assign you to a qualified GoEngage Trainer, who will work with you to schedule Orientation Trainings for each content area (department).
Can be on-site or virtual.
⏰Timeline: 18 hours, flexible scheduling
What happens after implementation?
Support: Included in the price of your Annual Subscription are two (2) GoEngage Support POCs, who have unlimited access to Customer Support. Everyone else has free, unlimited access to Help Center. You can add additional Support POCs for $150/person.
Trainings: At any time, your agency can request a customized on-site or virtual training. For details and pricing: GoEngage Trainings.
