Standard requests
After submission, your feature request will embark on this journey:
Review - Our Product Team reviews all new feature requests on a weekly basis.
Accepted - If your feature is practical, and will significantly benefit a large number of agencies, it will enter our New Feature Queue.
In progress - We prioritize new features with a formula that accounts for (A) Urgency related to federal requirements, (B) # of requests, (C) # of children and families benefited, (D) Engineering resources.
Done - On launch day, you'll receive an email that your feature request completed its journey.
Due to the high volume of requests we receive on a daily basis, please note that we cannot respond to every submission. We will contact you if we have questions or updates.
Expedited requests
You can pay to expedite a new feature or report:
Complete the Expedited Feature Request Form. Please be as detailed as possible.
A Cleverex team member will reach out with a Statement of Work (SOW), including engagement overview, objectives, scope of work, assumptions, and estimate of cost and timeline. To accept, sign and return the SOW.
A Cleverex team member will work with you to set a schedule to begin work.
